Nadeem Lone
Founder & Director
Nadeem has an impressive track record in Industry, spanning 20 years. An Economics graduate, his career began in the UK as a record-breaking Consultant in the world’s largest staffing business, Adecco. He rose through the ranks in a 10-year period with them - upon leaving Nadeem was the youngest Regional Manager in the company. He then spent 2 years as Sales Director with international staffing company, Argyll Scott Technology, leading their Technology division to an all-time high.
Prior to widespread hype, Nadeem recognised AI’s potential to transform Industry. Following six months of research within the AI & Data Science community, Codesearch AI launched in 2017. Through Codesearch AI and the consulting arm, Codesearch Consulting, his ability to create bespoke solutions has enabled our Clients to build world-first products and services. An annual revenue of more than £10M GBP for a boutique consultancy is testament to the trust Clients place in Codesearch AI's knowledge & experience. Nadeem has worked with brands such as Google and AIG, to some of the world's hottest and most successful start-ups. He has built credible and verified networks across the UK, EU, US and now in the GCC region.
On a personal note, Nadeem is a father to three daughters, an avid golfer, and unfortunately for him a lifelong Tottenham Hotspur fan!
Aliya Samee
Co-Founder & Director
Aliya is a lawyer by profession and brings a wealth of experience to Codesearch AI. Her legal career began in the General Counsel’s division of the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority where she gained extensive experience in regulatory compliance across all industry sectors. Aliya also spent time at international law firm, White and Case, where she enhanced her Global Litigation experience. Her business-focused mindset and passion for building Client relationships led her to joining a boutique West-End law firm as a Commercial Lawyer, advising many international clients including technology companies and start-ups.
Prior to joining Codesearch AI, Aliya was Senior In-House Counsel for Nissan’s European Legal team, where amongst other projects she gained exposure to the technology behind Autonomous Vehicles. Her subsequent interest in this area fit perfectly within the Codesearch AI specialism.
Aliya’s experience, diligence, well rounded approach and strong attention to detail shines through to her Clients and helped to lay the foundations for the business. AI in Professional Services is her superpower; we’d recommend any business in this sector interested in AI transformation to consult with her.
Irene pandis
Director
Irene leads Codesearch in Europe. Her career started in 2005 with Computer People, part of the Adecco Group, which was UK's largest Technology recruitment specialist at the time. Starting at entry level, Irene consistently exceeded targets and client expectations. She was promoted several times, culminating in becoming International Business Manager (Associate Director) for the Nordics. Irene won multiple awards within the Adecco Group, including 'Top Consultant' on many occasions and secured the highest earnings across all employees in the company in a number of years.
Irene's experience has helped her advise companies ranging from startups to globally recognized grands. She has helped find a company’s 3rd employee, and been the sole supplier for global digital transformation programs in complex, challenging environments. Irene's passion is getting to know her candidates and clients thoroughly and anchoring herself in the recruitment process. She always strives to become an extension of her client's team and a genuine partner for candidates in their job search. She is an infectiously positive person who welcomes any opportunity with a smile and has a strong drive to succeed. She doesn't give up until the task is solved, no matter how difficult it may be!
Irene speaks fluent Danish, Greek, English, and some Italian, having studied in Italy for a year. In her free time, she loves spending time with her young daughter and with family and friends in Denmark, where she is based. She also loves traveling to her second home, Corfu, where both her parents are from.
